W. L. Gore & Associates is pleased to invite you to our EVAR and Iliac Branching Techniques Boot Camp following LEARN 2016.

For those who wish to attend the Gore program on Saturday and Sunday, we will provide travel to and from Orlando (both SIR and Gore Programs) and the extra night’s expense at the hotel.

Attendance at both programs is mandatory to qualify for this support. To comply with AdvaMed guidelines, repayment to Gore for travel and hotel will be required if absent from the course.

Gore will provide economy round trip air fare and hotel accommodation for one night. Your hotel reservation will be made for you. After registration has been confirmed, participants may contact Gore Travel at 800.638.3567 to arrange their flight.

To comply with applicable laws, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and Gore policies, Gore reminds you that only program attendees may attend the reception and meal portions of the program. Spouses, family members or other guests cannot attend Gore programs or meals. Gore will record your participation and disclose the value of the meal in accord with existing state and federal aggregate spend or “sunshine” laws.

For Health Care Providers (HCPs) licensed in Vermont, even if practicing in another state:

Vermont law restricts device industry interactions with HCPs, including providing meals. For purposes of this event, Gore cannot provide meals to HCPs licensed in Vermont. HCPs licensed in Vermont are invited to attend the program, but cannot participate in meals furnished by Gore.
